Class of 2017

General information about transcripts for colleges

All students have access to their unofficial transcripts through the Aeries student portal!

Seniors receive 3 transcripts for free, and then they are $5.00 each.

Mid-Year transcripts (7 semester)

• Some colleges do not require mid-year transcripts.  The college you are applying to will notify you when they require you to send a transcript. 
• Most colleges will let you know how they prefer receiving your transcript. 
• You may request your transcripts from Mrs. Britton in counseling.  A request form must be completed.
• You can now have your transcripts sent electronically through www.parchment.com.  Attached is the flyer with detailed instructions: What is Parchment 6 Step Guide (PDF). We can also upload through SENDedu.
• If you have completed the common app, your Counselor or IB Coordinator will submit your transcript with the mid-year report.

Final transcripts

• All colleges require a final transcript, including community colleges.
• Your final transcript will not be available until a week after graduation.
• You will receive a transcript request form in April.  This form must be completed by all seniors.
• You can have your transcripts sent electronically through www.parchment.com. 

NCAA/NAIA transcripts

NCAA-

Go to the NCAA website, http://www.ncaa.org/student-athletes/future/eligibility-center, you will need to register.  Once you have completed the registration process you will receive a NCAA ID#.  Bring that information to Mrs. Britton.  Your transcript will be uploaded to the NCAA website.

NAIA-

Go to the NAIA website, https://www.playnaia.org/eligibility-center, you will need to register.  NAIA will accept your transcript by mail (must be mailed by Kennedy) or from www.parchment .com.
