Kennedy HS

The Kennedy High School Site Improvement Project is one of the projects identified in the 2014 Board approved Facilities Master Plan. This $7.7 million project is funded in part by Measure H. The scope of work includes: (1) Reconstruction and reconfiguration of the main parking lot to improve vehicular circulation and student drop-off areas; (2) Entry enhancements to address hardscape deficiencies, safety, and accessibility issues; (3) Installation of security fencing and gates throughout campus; (4) Installation of drought tolerant landscaping and water efficient irrigation system throughout; (5) Exterior lighting, and (6) Installation of a new digital marquee. The installation of surveillance cameras will also be funded with Measure H bond dollars under separate contract.
